Café Zima was launched in 2023. The challenge was to develop an identity and voice for the brand that was unique but still true to its parent brand, Zima. Drawing from the history of the Middle East and the menu, which was a marriage of Middle Eastern and world flavours, Café Zima was defined as a place where the Middle East meets the world.
