An offshoot of an existing restaurant Zima, the challenge was to develop an identity and voice for the brand for Café Zima that was unique but still true to its parent brand. Drawing from the history of the Middle East and the menu, which was a marriage of Middle Eastern and world flavours, Café Zima was defined as a place where the Middle East meets the world. From breakfast to brunch, to a range of speciality coffees, Café Zima has become a space where we’re bringing the world together.
